Oversee comprehensive water management projects as a Principal Technical Consultant Hydrogeologist with ERM in Calgary or Vancouver, Canada. Make a strategic impact in environmental assessments and client relations.

This senior role is pivotal to advancing ERM's hydrogeology practice. You will leverage your 6+ years of experience in groundwater management and assessments to influence key capital project decisions. Collaborating with clients, you’ll enhance ERM's reputation while mentoring an expert team dedicated to innovative water solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute environmental assessments for large capital projects

• Delegate and manage project performance effectively

• Mentor and develop hydrogeology professionals

• Drive the innovation of water management solutions

• Engage in business development and client relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 6+ years of consulting in hydrogeology

• Eligible to sign reports in Alberta and British Columbia

• Experience with hydrogeological field programs

• Excellent report writing and communication skills
