This role requires a seasoned fisheries specialist to manage multimillion-dollar projects influencing significant environmental outcomes. You will guide field programs across Canada while collaborating in a flexible hybrid work environment. Your contributions will focus on advancing strategies for freshwater ecosystems and supporting junior biologists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead aquatic biodiversity field programs
• Manage and analyze fish and habitat assessment data
• Prepare extensive technical documents for clients
• Contribute to ERM's fisheries technical communities
• Mentor emerging talents in aquatic sciences
Requirements:
• Degree in Fisheries Biology or related discipline
• 4+ years in related consulting roles
• Deep knowledge of mining and oil & gas regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
• Valid driver's license necessary for extensive travel
