Wildlife Biologist Senior Associate

This early-career position will involve working directly with ERM's Capital Project Delivery Team. Key responsibilities include assisting in wildlife field programs across Canada, contributing to Environmental Impact Statements, and conducting literature reviews. You will also support technical and compliance reporting while building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with wildlife field programs across Western and Northern Canada
• Contribute to wildlife assessments for Environmental Impact Statements
• Conduct literature reviews and develop wildlife mitigation recommendations
• Support technical data and compliance reporting efforts
• Build relationships with clients and Indigenous assistants
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or a related field
• 1+ years in wildlife biology or environmental consulting
• Experience in wildlife field surveys
• Knowledge of environmental regulations
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
