In this early-career role, you will collaborate with ERM's Capital Project Delivery Team on various wildlife assessments and field programs. Your contributions will include conducting field surveys, supporting Environmental Impact Statements, and exploring wildlife mitigation strategies. You'll also help maintain compliance reporting while fostering essential relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with wildlife field programs throughout Canada

• Contribute to Environmental Impact Statements and management plans

• Conduct literature reviews to recommend wildlife mitigations

• Support technical data reporting and compliance documentation

• Build positive relationships with clients and team members

Requirements:

•

B.Sc. or diploma in Biological Sciences or related field

• 1+ years in wildlife biology or related sectors

• Field survey experience required

• Familiarity with environmental regulations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
