Principal Geologist at Equinox Gold

Reporting to the Director of Mining Geology, the Principal Geologist will enhance grade control processes and prepare critical technical reports. You will participate in audits and reviews while collaborating with geology and engineering teams to support drill planning and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and improve grade control programs for best practices

• Develop grade control resource block models and technical reports

• Participate in geological reviews and due diligence assessments

• Collaborate with on-site geology and exploration groups

Requirements:

• Qualified Person status under NI 43-101 guidelines

• Degree in Geology or Geoscience; graduate degree preferred

• Over 10 years of mining experience

• Proficiency in data analysis, GIS, and 3D modeling

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
