In this exciting role, you will collaborate with the Technical Director to strategize vascularization for bioengineered medicines. A PhD in regenerative medicine or related fields with hands-on experience in vascular cell research is essential. You'll be responsible for designing assays, analyzing datasets, and delivering data-driven recommendations for product designs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex vascularization studies for cell behavior
• Conduct assays for vascular formation in 2D and 3D
• Analyze datasets and collaborate with computational teams
• Maintain detailed experimental records and reports
• Present findings to cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• PhD in regenerative medicine or related discipline
• 0-3 years industry experience, or Master's with 5+ years
• Strong skills in bioprinting, flow cytometry, and imaging
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Innovative problem solver with a passion for learning
