In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership in our mining geochemistry and biogeochemistry practice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on mine water management and tailings challenges, applying your expertise to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will ensure the quality of technical deliverables and maintain client relationships across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead geochemical characterization and predictive modeling projects
• Mentor junior to mid-level geochemists and scientists
• Develop relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
• Prepare and review high-quality technical documents
• Represent RESPEC at conferences and professional organizations
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Geochemistry, Geology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mining geochemistry
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams
• Valid driver's license with travel flexibility
