As a Consulting Senior Associate, Hydrogeology
, you will play an important role in helping project teams understand and address complex subsurface conditions through field investigations, data collection, and technical analysis. Your contributions will support baseline hydrogeological assessments, site conceptual model development, risk assessments, and risk management initiatives at mining sites. The work you perform will directly support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and risk reduction for our clients.

In this role, you will support hydrogeological investigations and environmental consulting projects across a variety of sites and conditions. From collecting and managing critical field data to supporting groundwater assessments and technical reporting, your work will contribute to high-quality project delivery and scientifically sound environmental solutions.

You will also build valuable consulting experience by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in field programs, supporting technical analyses, and helping clients navigate complex environmental challenges. What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in hydrogeology, environmental sciences, or geology (with hydrogeology courses).
• Eligible for Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) or Geologist in Training (G.I.T.) registration in Alberta or British Columbia (B.C.).
• Up to 2 years of experience and a strong enthusiasm for hands‑on field assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including managing, organizing, and reviewing large datasets.
• Experience preparing tables, figures, maps, and technical/academic reports.
• Foundational understanding of hydrogeology principles, including groundwater flow, aquifer types, and basic hydraulic testing.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail in data recording and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
