SLR Consulting is in search of an experienced leader for the Principal position. This role demands a minimum of 15 years in environmental assessment within BC, focused on managing complex evaluations and permitting processes. You will drive the growth of our consulting practice and represent SLR in various regulatory forums.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in environmental assessments
• Direct the preparation of complex regulatory submissions
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
• Mentor junior professionals and share knowledge
• Advocate for quality excellence in all deliverables
Requirements:
• Degree in environmental science or equivalent
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in BC
• Recognized industry credibility through engagement and publications
• Proven success in business development and team dynamics
• Readiness to travel within Canada as needed
