This role, reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, emphasizes strategic program execution and the leadership of exploration activities. You'll engage in planning, contractor supervision, and rigorous data management, contributing to the mine's success as it transitions to operational readiness. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute exploration programs including drilling and prospecting

• Supervise contractors and provide team training

• Interpret geological data for prospective targets

• Lead incident investigations and communication

• Monitor project progress to meet deadlines

Requirements:

• BSc in Geology or Earth Sciences

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field

• P.Geo. registration or eligibility

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and exploration software

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
