Lead Technical Hydrogeologist Position

As a senior hydrogeology expert, you will guide environmental assessments and permitting for significant projects while enhancing client relationships and expanding ERM’s market share.
Your role will combine advanced hydrogeology management with an emphasis on mentoring newer team members and driving innovation within the practice. Be at the heart of ERM's strategic growth in integrated water solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical execution on large-scale hydrogeology projects
• Nurture client relationships and ensure project success
• Mentor hydrogeology staff and contribute to team development
• Advance ERM’s services in integrated water management
• Engage in collaborative projects across ERM’s global network
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in earth science or similar field
• Over 6 years of consulting experience required
• Proficiency in hydrogeological assessments and groundwater analysis
• Strong skills in report writing and client communications
• Valid driver’s license for client site access
