Senior Resource Geologist in Reno

As a key member of the Mining & Energy team, you'll play a pivotal role in precious, base metal, and aggregate projects across North and South America. This position requires strong expertise in developing geological models and resource estimation, along with the ability to support technical reporting. You'll work closely with international teams and mentor junior geologists to maintain RESPEC's commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and validate geological and block models
• Prepare mineral resource estimates and technical reports
• Evaluate geological, drilling, and sampling data
• Perform QA/QC reviews and model reconciliation
• Mentor and support junior geologists
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in geology or related field
• 3-5 years of mine geology experience required
• 5-7 years in resource modeling and domain estimation
• 10+ years total geological experience
• Professional designation in geology
