With over 8 years of related experience, you will drive grade control initiatives, geological analysis, and improvement processes. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will also monitor best practices in geology to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support site geology teams with geological interpretations and practices
• Enhance geological performance through effective reconciliation reviews
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements using geological data
• Collaborate across teams to meet production objectives
• Communicate geological risks and findings to leadership
Requirements:
• 8+ years of mine geology experience in the industry
• Knowledge of geological modeling and data management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven stakeholder engagement abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field
