? Plumber – High-Rise Residential Projects (Vancouver)

We’re looking for motivated Plumbers to work on new-build, unoccupied residential high-rise towers, specializing in heating system installations. You’ll be part of a skilled crew of 4–10 professionals, ensuring projects are completed with quality, speed, and pride.

• Install heating systems in new-build residential high-rise towers
• Collaborate with a dedicated crew of 4–10 installers
• Deliver high-quality work on schedule

• 4th year apprentice to Journeyman-level qualification
• Experience with condo, tower, or commercial new-build installations
• 2+ years of experience installing cast iron pipes
• Strong teamwork skills within an install crew

• Experience with heating and fan coil systems

• Clear career growth: opportunities to advance to Lead Hand and Foreman roles
• Comprehensive training programs to ensure consistency and quality

• Hours signed off for apprentices

• Location:
  
  Burnaby/Vancouver border (transit accessible)
• Schedule:
  
  7:30 am – 4:30 pm (arrive 15 minutes early)
• Team: 15–20 employees on-site, working alongside other sub-trades

• Overtime:
  Rare, but flexibility to work extra hours on short notice is expected

This is a Permanent position based out of Vancouver, BC.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
