Site Foreman

BC Drywall was incorporated in 2001 in response to opportunities within the Vancouver market. Since then, we have grown our resources and have proven successful projects in many cities in western Canada. Our management and reliable labor force have allowed us to become a preferred contractor in many areas.

We are seeking a Full-Time Foreman for commercial steel stud & drywall projects located in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. As the Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily work activities of our field teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial steel stud & drywall construction and be able to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise while maintaining a high-quality standard of work.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a foreman in commercial steel stud & drywall construction
• Expertise in reading blueprints, interpreting technical manuals, and schematics
• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Experience in managing teams and delegating tasks, ensuring quality control, and providing feedback to the project manager
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and under tight schedules
• Completion of high school diploma, trade school, or vocational school, or equivalent work experience is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
