Electrical Foremen

Match Box Consulting Group is searching for an Electrical Foreman on behalf of our client, a major electrical contractor in the Lower Mainland. They offer a diverse range of work, including new construction and commercial upgrades, and are looking to add more high-quality professionals to their growing team.

You are:

• A Red Seal Electrician with leadership experience
• Hard-working, punctual, and reliable
• Able to work independently, manage your time, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Supervising the electrical team, ensuring that workers are properly trained, efficient, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Help plan installations, ensure proper materials are available, and coordinate work schedules with project managers and other trades on site.
• Ensure that all work complies with the Canadian Electrical Code.
• Regularly communicate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met and expectations are clear.
• Train and mentors junior electricians, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Red Seal certification
• Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Attention to safety, attitude for success and working toward having a mix of technical skills, work experience and academic skill
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
• Possess a vehicle and valid Driver’s License with clean abstract and no restrictions
