WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will:

• Lead complex troubleshooting and service work.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Help identify solutions that improve building performance and reliability.
• Support the continued growth of our HVAC division.
• Lead by example through professionalism, ownership, and technical excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Service rooftop units, make-up air units, heat pumps, cooling towers, boilers, chillers, and related mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and control issues
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections
• Complete service repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Support technicians with advanced troubleshooting
• Respond to emergency service calls when required
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve customer facilities and equipment reliability

Team Development

• Mentor apprentices and developing technicians
• Share technical knowledge and best practices
• Promote accountability and professionalism
• Help establish service standards and procedures
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Gas Ticket (Minimum Class
  
  B)
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Hydronic heating experience
• Controls troubleshooting experience
• Chiller and Cooling Tower experience
• Leadership or mentoring experience
