Your expertise will ensure projects are completed in compliance with safety regulations while actively engaging in the development of training programs for Lift Mechanics and Apprentices. Strong collaboration across departments is essential to maintain the highest standards of safety and reliability throughout the mountain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance and repair activities for all lifts and amusement devices

• Support safety culture through meetings and training

• Complete required documentation including maintenance logs

• Assist in maintenance budget planning and review

• Develop and execute team member training programs
Requirements:

• Interprovincial Qualified Millwright – Red Seal

• 5 years lift mechanic experience required

• 3 years supervisory experience

• Familiarity with CSA-Z98 code

• Experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems
