This full-time position focuses on overseeing multiple electricians and apprentices in high-quality electrical installations. You will coordinate work, manage daily production using Procore software, and ensure safety standards on site while nurturing apprentice development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of electricians on site
• Direct the layout and finishing of electrical systems
• Achieve production goals through Procore tracking
• Run regular crew meetings for updates and alignment
• Collaborate effectively with project management
Requirements:
• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification
• At least 5 years in electrical work, 2+ as a foreman
• Proven experience in multi-family residential projects
• Familiarity with Procore or similar software
• Excellent mentorship and communication skills
