Your role will ensure the safety and comfort of all residents through effective repairs.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will perform a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting electrical systems, repairing plumbing fixtures, and conducting carpentry work. Your ability to respond to emergencies and perform timely repairs will be vital. This role requires interaction with residents, emphasizing strong communication skills.
