Service Technician Level 1 Position

Join the Arbon Equipment team as a Level 1 Service Technician, where you will focus on the installation and maintenance of equipment. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality customer service and technical skill.

This position is designed for individuals looking to develop their technical capabilities while assisting customers with equipment needs. You’ll be responsible for inspections, repairs, and fostering customer relationships that align with Rite-Hite’s professional standards.

Your role will often require individual work as well as guiding newer technicians through complex scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely perform installations and equipment service in the field

• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships

• Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete

• Follow safety guidelines and operate necessary tools

• Work with other departments to maximize service efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• 1-5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical repair

• Valid driver's license and a passing DOT medical exam

• Completed Arbon Skills Assessment Pay Program Level Two

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents
