About
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Hardscape & Paving Installer to join our team of landscape professionals. In this role, you’ll help create beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces — from driveways and patios to retaining walls and water features — using natural stone, ceramic, and concrete materials. If you love hands‑on work, enjoy being outdoors, and take pride in quality results, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do
Install and construct hardscape elements using natural stone, ceramic and concrete products
Build and install patios, driveways, retaining walls, stair treads and water features
Perform grading, drainage installation, and subgrade preparation work
Cut and shape stone and pavers using concrete saws and grinders
Apply polymeric or resin sand for joints and finishes
Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers and compact excavators
Maintain safe, efficient, and clean job sites
What You Bring
1+ year of landscaping or hardscaping experience
Proven skill in setting pavers to height and slope
Experience working with concrete saws, grinders, and compaction equipment
Understanding of base materials, subgrade buildup, and drainage
Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to work outdoors year‑round
Assets
Experience with Romex products such as Trassbed or resin jointing mortars
Ability to calculate rise over run
Experience using the 3‑4‑5 layout method (Pythagorean theorem) to check square and maintain accurate site layout.
Driver’s license
