You'll hold a valid Mechanics License for British Columbia, which allows you to carry out detailed diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Customer interaction is vital as you communicate service updates and troubleshooting processes while handling warranty and non-warranty issues. This position also involves working closely with the Customer Service Manager to prioritize client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively
• Prepare documentation for warranty processing
• Perform inspections on newly received vehicles
• Interface with customers, providing reliable solutions
• Collaborate with engineers to identify quality concerns
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in the vehicle maintenance field
• Valid 310-T or equivalent mechanic's license
• B or C Class driver's license with Z endorsement
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Proficient in MS Office tools for reporting
