Vector Restoration is seeking an experienced Lead Hand to support concrete restoration projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills with hands-on field experience and a solid understanding of restoration processes. You will lead daily site activities, run crews, and participate in documentation related to safety and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chip, grind, cut, and detail concrete effectively

• Interpret blueprints and installation details accurately

• Install reinforcing steel and form concrete structures

• Lead and manage daily site crew activities

• Document safety, production, and incident reports consistently

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in construction, with leadership experience

• Knowledge of post tensioning and epoxy applications preferred

• Must enroll in Liuna 1611 union after 2 weeks

• Open to traveling and flexible in working hours

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and working at heights
