In this role, you will lead maintenance efforts from the Head Office, ensuring service excellence across multiple store locations. The ideal candidate must possess expertise in HVAC systems and be proficient in troubleshooting and managing repairs. Responsibilities include regular system maintenance, emergency response, and coordinating with store teams for effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance services for nationwide store operations

• Perform hands-on electrical and plumbing work as necessary

• Diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC and kitchen systems

• Address after-hours emergencies and repair needs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field

• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

• Positive demeanor with flexibility for overtime
