We're looking for a Skilled Carpenter with 2 to 3 years of experience. This permanent position requires a secondary (high) school diploma and a commitment to high-quality work. You'll be responsible for estimating materials and labor costs, constructing layouts per building codes, and fitting windows and doors while leading a team on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate labor and material costs effectively

• Interpret blueprints and sketches accurately

• Prepare layouts according to building regulations

• Measure, cut, and assemble construction materials

• Install doors, windows, and various hardware

• Coordinate work schedules on location

• Oversee and instruct other carpenters

Requirements:

• Permanent or temporary Canadian residency

• Valid work permit if temporary

• Completed secondary school education

• Minimum 2 years carpentry experience

• Extensive knowledge of building codes
