HVAC Installation Field Manager

Position: HVAC Installation Field Manager Role
Lead residential HVAC installation projects as a Field Manager for our client. Ensure high-quality execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Field Manager, you will oversee HVAC installation projects from post-sale to completion. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and effective communication with clients and subcontractors. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and ensuring project execution meets safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HVAC installations from post-sale to project completion

• Create work orders and coordinate equipment procurement

• Schedule and manage subcontractor timelines and trades

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks during execution

• Train subcontractors to ensure consistent workmanship

Requirements:

• Experience with HVAC or related installation projects

• Red Seal certification required

• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems

• Proven project scheduling and subcontractor coordination experience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
