Position: Full-Time Lead Carpenter Greater
Advance your carpentry career as a Lead Carpenter in Greater Vancouver, supporting the Construction Manager on residential projects. Utilize your extensive experience in renovations and new construction while ensuring safety and efficiency on site.

This full-time position requires at least 10 years of experience in Residential Renovation or New Construction. You must possess a Red Seal Carpentry Ticket or have the ability to challenge it. Clear communication skills in English and a personal vehicle with a valid BC Driver’s License for transportation across the lower mainland are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Construction Manager with daily tasks

• Follow site safety protocols diligently

• Execute carpentry tasks: forming, framing, and finishing

• Read and interpret site drawings accurately

• Collaborate with subcontractors on various trades

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in residential carpentry

• Red Seal Carpentry Ticket preferred

• Own PPE and personal tools

• Valid BC Driver’s License for local travel

• Clear communication skills and teamwork-minded
