Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and ideally have 1-2 years of construction experience. As a Roofer Helper, you will face the outdoors daily, balancing heavy load handling with attention to detail in repetitive tasks. The position includes standard work hours of 40 per week with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload roofing materials for projects
• Remove debris from construction sites regularly
• Work outdoors in varying weather at heights
• Follow established safety and work protocols
• Keep the work area organized and safe
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 1-2 years of experience in construction roles
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs
• Availability for early morning shifts and overtime
• Strong focus on safety practices and detail orientation
