Roofing Systems Field Technician

In this role, you will engage directly with roofing systems, diagnosing technical application problems while ensuring compliance with Soprema standards. With your 3-5 years of construction experience, you'll conduct site evaluations and deliver on-site training for clients. Your contributions will be vital for warranty project tracking and effective product use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on job sites

• Train clients on proper use of Soprema products

• Complete site visit reports for warranty projects

• Ensure products perform as designed in installations

• Collaborate with the sales team on product compatibility

Requirements:

• 3-5 years roofing installation experience

• Valid driver's license with good abstract

• Advanced oral and written English proficiency

• Knowledge of various installation methods

• Red Seal Roofer/Waterproofer certification is a plus
