Applicants must possess an other trades certificate or diploma and have 7 months to 1 year of industry experience. This role includes preparing construction layouts, cutting and assembling materials, and building foundational structures. You will also take part in fitting and installing essential components in residences and industrial sites, necessitating strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and design layouts per building codes

• Measure and manipulate wood and metal materials

• Construct essential structures like floors and walls

• Install windows, stairs, and mouldings accurately

• Renovate and maintain wooden structures in different environments

Requirements:

• Other trades certificate or diploma required

• 7 months to 1 year of related work experience

• Willing to relocate to various work sites

• Must own steel-toed safety boots

• Preparedness for physically demanding work
