HVAC Technician

Position: HVAC Technician - Full-Time with Travel
Become part of Innova’s team as a Full-Time HVAC Technician, focusing on inspections, repairs, and warehouse refurbishments. Travel to client job sites and collaborate on multi-person projects.

Innova is in search of an experienced HVAC Service Technician with three years of hands-on experience. This role combines fieldwork with warehouse responsibilities, requiring strong technical skills and compliance with safety, documentation, and regulatory standards. Engage in diagnosing issues and performing repairs, ultimately enhancing HVAC system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC inspections, maintenance, and repairs on-site

• Assist in installations and system adjustments as needed

• Diagnose and recommend corrective actions for HVAC systems

• Test and confirm operational readiness of repaired units

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services performed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years as an HVAC Technician

• In-depth understanding of HVAC diagnostics and systems

• Valid driver’s license in good standing

• Ability to lift and work in various conditions

• Strong organizational and communication skills
