What You’ll DoAs a Foreman at TDR Electric, you’ll take ownership of field operations and be the frontline leader who drives project success.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage crews on‑site to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate installations
- Plan and lay out work efficiently, ordering materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with the BC Electrical Code and site‑specific safety protocols
- Track project milestones, labor hours, and materials using field reporting software
- Train, mentor, and coach apprentices and journey persons
- Represent TDR professionally in interactions with clients, consultants, inspectors, and general contractors

Qualifications- Red Seal Certification in Electrical (required)
- 1+ years experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand on commercial or institutional projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents and electrical drawings
- Proficient in layout, conduit, distribution, and coordination with other trades
- Comfortable with digital tools (Procore, Fieldwire, Plan Grid, etc.)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
- Strong supervisory experience in construction projects
- Expertise in quality control and budgeting practices
- Skilled in blueprint reading and schematics
