Caliber is looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician with a minimum of two years turning wrecked vehicles into road-ready rides. We value meticulous attention to detail, a no-shortcuts approach, and a team-first mentality. You will collaborate closely with painters, estimators, and office staff while ensuring high-quality repairs to meet factory specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Blueprint and execute precise vehicle repairs
• Handle full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds
• Perform panel and structural work accurately
• Ensure quality reassembly with a focus on fit and finish
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Requirements:
• At least two years of auto body repair experience
• Expertise in frame and structural repairs
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented with a quality-driven mindset
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
