Become a key player with Jacob Bros Construction as a Formwork Carpenter in the lower mainland.
Utilize your carpentry expertise to install and assemble essential formwork structures for various projects.
Construction is urgently hiring Formwork Carpenters to support its ongoing projects.
Ideal candidates will possess five years of carpentry experience and proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications. You will build formwork for concrete elements, including foundations and walls, and may assist with other labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret project plans and drawings
- Install and assemble wood and engineered formwork
- Construct formwork for various concrete applications
- Accomplish additional labor duties as assigned
- A minimum of five years of formwork carpentry experience preferred
- Journeyman or Apprentice Carpenter certification is an asset
- Legally eligible to work anywhere in Canada
- Rotation or leave of absence not permitted
