Telecommunications Line Technician

Position: Telecommunications Line Technician Role
Join Vista Care as a Line Technician, working full-time in Canada and the U.S. This role focuses on outdoor plant construction using advanced technology and requires travel.

As a Line Technician, you will play a key role in building and maintaining telecommunications infrastructure. This permanent position guarantees competitive compensation ranging from $25.00/hr to $30.00/hr based on experience. Expect to work hands-on with fibre optics, copper, and RF coax while traveling across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aerial devices and lineman equipment

• Load, unload, and manage cables and equipment

• Conduct outside plant line construction

• Perform testing and troubleshooting tasks

• Follow safety policies and procedures strictly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of related telecommunications experience

• Valid driver's license;
Class 3 preferred

• Physical ability to handle demanding tasks

• Willingness to work overtime and on-call

• Effective teamwork and self-discipline
