This full-time position oversees the efficiency of e-commerce automated systems while managing and training the Logistics Technician team. As an Automation Supervisor, you will analyze workloads and address any technical issues within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Key Responsibilities:

• Provide control support for automation processes

• Manage troubleshooting and issue escalation

• Collaborate with operations for maintenance planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• 3 years of automation experience in a 3PL setting

• Familiarity with WMS and proficiency in MS Office

• Effective communication abilities at all levels

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
