This position calls for a candidate with prior experience in systems furniture installation and the ability to interpret blueprints. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate efficient furniture installations and moves
• Ensure impactful communication and accurate paperwork completion
• Lead and motivate the installation team positively
• Mentor field installers for enhanced productivity
• Maintain quality and cost-effective service delivery
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in a Lead Hand role or 2-3 years as a Furniture Installer
• Knowledge of local area and advanced installation techniques
• Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Capability to lift 50-75 pounds while maintaining high standards
