Position: HVAC/R Technician with Troubleshooting Focus

In this role, you’ll work under the HVAC/R Manager, serving commercial and institutional clients from your service van. Your primary responsibilities will center on diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems while performing preventive maintenance. A background in complex HVAC systems and controls is essential for success, with opportunities to progress to a Lead Technician position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to client sites for HVAC/R diagnostics

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks

• Accurately document service performed on systems

• Explain technical aspects to clients clearly

• Follow safety protocols during service operations

Requirements:

• 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in HVAC/R

• 2+ years in commercial or industrial service

• Proven expertise in HVAC/R troubleshooting

• Experience with VRF or refrigeration systems

• Clean driver’s license and records required
