Position: Formwork Carpenter - Join Our Team
Join A Few Good Lads as a Formwork Carpenter, providing construction support throughout British Columbia and Ontario. Candidates should possess strong communication and advanced carpentry skills.

We are looking for an experienced Formwork Carpenter to enhance our team at A Few Good Lads. With a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for reading blueprints and ensuring compliance with building codes. Your ability to think on your feet and work efficiently will set you apart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train others in safe handling of tools

• Support various trades on construction sites

• Read and interpret blueprints and drafts

• Measure and layout projects per building codes

• Cut and join materials for construction tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of formwork carpentry experience

• Ability to manage lifting requirements up to 90lbs

• Red seal designation is an asset

• Strong customer service orientation

• Readiness to work at heights and in dynamic environments
