Wireless Telecom Network Technician

As part of the Field Service Organization, you will bridge field operations and core network support. This position involves hands-on work with wireless RAN infrastructure and core network systems, ensuring seamless service availability. Flexibility for on-call schedules and outdoor environments is essential, alongside technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission LTE and 5G RAN infrastructure

• Perform RF testing and troubleshooting tasks

• Support microwave backhaul installation for network connectivity

• Monitor alarms using OSS/NMS tools and document tasks

• Conduct fiber cross-connects and replace hardware components

Requirements:

• Diploma in Telecommunications or related field

• Over 3 years of telecommunications experience

• Valid tower climbing certification

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Understanding of IP networking fundamentals
