Joint Resource Solutions provides mechanical, plumbing, electrical, gas, and infrastructure support services for property managers, strata communities, developers, contractors, utilities, and commercial asset owners.

We are building a reliable, organized, growth-focused team that can support service work, emergency calls, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and project-based scopes across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

We are hiring a Gas Fitter / Plumbing Technician to support residential, commercial, strata, and project-based service work.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, safety-focused, and able to work independently or with a crew. This role is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and wants long-term growth with a company that is expanding.

• Perform gas fitting, plumbing, mechanical service, repairs, and installations
• Support emergency service calls, maintenance work, and project-based jobs
• Troubleshoot gas, plumbing, and mechanical issues
• Read and understand basic scopes, site instructions, and work orders
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, clients, and team members
• Complete service documentation, photos, notes, and job updates
• Maintain safe work practices and follow company procedures
• Keep tools, vehicle, and equipment organized and professional
• Support strata, property management, commercial, and contractor clients
• Represent JRS professionally on every site

• Valid Gas Fitter ticket preferred
• Plumbing experience strongly preferred
• Experience in service, maintenance, repairs, or construction
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in strata, commercial, and active construction environments

• Class B Gas Fitter ticket
• Plumbing apprenticeship or Red Seal Plumbing experience
• Service van / mobile technician experience
• Experience with boilers, hot water tanks, gas appliances, mechanical rooms, pumps, piping, and building systems
• Experience working with property managers, strata buildings, developers, or general contractors
