As a Furnishing Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in upholding the interior standards of West Jet’s aircraft. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work safely and effectively in a team-oriented environment. You will assist in various maintenance tasks and ensure that all work adheres to documented procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fix interior snags in aircraft under supervision

• Conduct thorough aircraft washes regularly

• Adhere to maintenance manuals and approved procedures

• Work with the Stores Department for necessary repairs

• Report defects and communicate concerns effectively

Requirements:

• Understanding of aircraft maintenance protocols

• Experience in interior maintenance is an asset

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Must hold a clear driver's abstract for licenses
