Cap West is hiring a Carpenter in Vancouver to join our growing construction team. Bring your expertise in formwork and high-rise projects to our dynamic company.

In this role, you will leverage at least three years of carpentry experience to install forms, read blueprints, and manage site safety. You’ll take measurements, communicate with the Carpenter Foreman, and ensure the quality of work throughout all projects. Your attention to detail will help uphold our standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and install formwork for various structures

• Strip formwork following concrete pours

• Erect scaffolding for safe access

• Read and measure materials accurately

• Communicate effectively regarding project updates

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of carpentry experience necessary

• Skilled in framing, finishing, and formwork

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Comfortable working at heights
