Field Service Technician

Position: Field Service Performance Technician
Become a Field Service Performance Technician at Sunrun, responsible for managing service schedules and leading a dedicated field team. Strong communication and PV knowledge are key to this position.

This role entails 1-3 years of hands-on experience in field construction or solar projects. You’ll oversee service and warranty schedules while assisting in training new field service technicians and driving customer satisfaction. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will ensure exceptional team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain service and warranty schedules.

• Coordinate with supervisors for labor resource allocation.

• Train and onboard new technicians effectively.

• Facilitate team meetings focusing on best practices.

• Conduct site audits and inspections as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related experience in solar or field work.

• Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

• High school diploma a must.

• Preferred Electrical Journeyman certification or license.

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
