As a Lead Mechanic at Lime, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and efficiency within the operation. You will lead a team of Mechanics, ensuring they follow established safety protocols while training and guiding new staff. Your responsibilities include performing quality checks and maintaining accurate documentation, all while delivering optimal vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and develop a team of Mechanics

• Complete quality checks on vehicles and parts

• Support inventory organization and management

• Conduct warehouse repairs and assist with maintenance

• Drive vehicles for local deployment activities

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver license

• 1+ years of relevant mechanic experience

• Capacity to lift up to 65 lbs consistently

• Comfortable using technology and data for decision-making

• Proven organizational and independent working abilities
