The Painter Blaster I position offers an excellent opportunity in a manufacturing setting. You will be responsible for blasting and painting Salford frames to perfection, training new employees, and maintaining detailed project records. Key Responsibilities:

• Blast and paint agricultural machine frames per quality standards

• Train new employees on painting and blasting techniques

• Maintain accurate records of paint usage and environmental conditions

• Clean and maintain painting and blasting equipment

• Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of industrial painting experience preferred

• Knowledge of wet paint techniques and equipment

• Ability to operate cranes and forklifts

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
