Skilled Carpenter at Agnico Eagle

Join Agnico Eagle as a skilled Carpenter at the Upper Beaver project in Dobie, Ontario. This role focuses on building maintenance and requires strong teamwork and independent skills.

In this position, you will report directly to the Mine Superintendent and be part of the Site Services Department. You will work both independently and with a crew, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key tasks include operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and fabricating structures under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry and construction tasks as directed

• Operate hand tools and machinery safely

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

• Assist in preventative maintenance initiatives

• Complete concrete forming and pouring tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in Building Maintenance or Carpentry

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders

• Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions

• Valid G class License is mandatory

• Previous heavy civil construction experience is a plus
