At TDR Electric, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in managing crews, solving on-site challenges, and delivering quality work on commercial and institutional builds. Your leadership will help achieve crucial project milestones while maintaining safety and code standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crews to ensure productivity and safety

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project planning

• Read and interpret electrical drawings accurately

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems

• Conduct site inspections and quality control reviews

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certification in Electrical

• 1+ years as Foreman or Lead Hand

• Ability to read construction documents

• Proficient in digital tools like Procore

• Strong supervisory and decision-making skills
