Field Service Technician

Join Nestlé Professional in Vancouver as a Field Service Technician on a 6-month contract. This role focuses on on-site maintenance, installation, and repair of beverage dispensing equipment.

You will be responsible for performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and diagnosing equipment issues. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in electrical or mechanical systems and previous field service experience.

Your role will involve training customers on equipment maintenance and ensuring quality service in line with Nestlé’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide estimated time of arrival for service calls

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment

• Conduct quality checks for drinks’ ratio/brix, temperature, and taste

• Train clients on daily equipment upkeep

• Report service activities accurately and maintain inventory

Requirements:

• Secondary education diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience

• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems

• Ability to lift and install up to 55lbs

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
